Scope and relation to Betunlim Terms

The Betunlim Bonus Terms govern all promotional bonuses offered by Betunlim and form an integral part of the Betunlim Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms operate in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with a promotion specific offer.

Definitions

  • Bonus Balance is the funds credited to a promotional account for use under these terms and is subject to wagering requirements until withdrawal or expiry.
  • Real Balance consists of funds obtained from deposits or other non promotional sources and is used before any bonus funds for wagering.
  • Wagering Requirements are the number of times the applicable bonus amount and any winnings derived from it must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
  • Deposit Bonus is a bonus awarded in connection with a funded deposit and may carry wagering obligations.
  • No Deposit Bonus is a bonus awarded without a deposit (including free spins) and is subject to its own wagering terms.
  • Free Spins are spins that do not deduct funds from the Real Balance and are subject to wagering rules as part of the associated bonus offer.
  • Claimable Bonus is a bonus that is eligible for use or withdrawal once wagering criteria are satisfied.
  • Pending Bonus is a bonus that becomes usable only after prescribed wagering has been completed or after a specific event occurs.
  • Non-Cashable Bonus is a bonus where any remaining value does not convert to Real Balance after wagering requirements are met or the bonus is consumed.
  • Irregular Play describes any conduct viewed as abusive or exploitative of the bonus program, including attempts to manipulate wagering or balance levels.

Eligibility and Activation

  • Bonuses generally require a qualifying deposit or, where expressly stated, may be awarded without deposit as a no deposit offer. The minimum deposit to qualify for a deposit bonus is the equivalent of 20 EUR or its currency equivalent unless the promotion states otherwise.
  • Bonuses are available to new and existing players in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Each offer cannot be claimed in conjunction with another Betunlim promotion unless explicitly stated.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion expressly permits multiple bonuses. If a bonus is not credited automatically, the player may contact Betunlim Customer Support before wagering to ensure crediting.
  • Betunlim reserves the right to suspend or cancel a bonus for a player suspected of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

Balance Handling and Use of Funds

When a bonus is active, winnings derived from bets funded by the bonus are treated as bonus winnings and remain in the Bonus Balance until wagering is satisfied or the bonus is cancelled. Bets funded with Real Balance are not transferred to Bonus Balance unless the terms of the offer provide otherwise. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, you may be required to cancel the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. If a withdrawal is reversed, any bonus cancellation triggered by the withdrawal request is not reversed.

Wagering Requirements and Calculation

  • Deposit offers require wagering equal to 30 times the total amount of the deposit plus the bonus. Example: a 10 EUR deposit with a 10 EUR bonus requires 30 × 20 EUR = 600 EUR of qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
  • If a bonus is awarded without a deposit or the total bonus amount exceeds the deposit amount, the wagering requirement is 60 times on the bonus amount only.
  • Maximum wager during wagering is the lesser of 10 percent of the original or credited bonus amount or 5.00 in the current currency, with a minimum per-bet cap of 0.10.
  • There are three wagering groups applied to bonuses unless otherwise stated: Standard wagering, Mixed wagering, and Special Mixed wagering. In addition, bets placed on Crash style games contribute 20 percent toward wagering requirements.
  • Wagering progress is tracked in Bonus Redeem Points and the conversion rate is currency dependent. Each currency has a fixed conversion rate to redeem points as defined in the Betunlim account.
  • Wagering is applied to the largest active bonus first. If multiple bonuses are active, wagering is applied to the bonus with the greatest amount; if two bonuses have identical amounts, the largest applies first.
  • Real money is wagered before any portion of the Bonus Balance is considered for wagering credit. If a bonus is not used within 30 days, it may be cancelled and removed from the account unless a real money balance remains.
  • Non-deposit bonuses must be wagered within 24 hours of credit; failure to meet this wagering requirement results in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.

Game Contributions to Wagering

  • Standard wagering generally counts only for bets inside Slots and Scratch games; bets on other game types do not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
  • Mixed wagering contributes a fraction for bets on non Slots and non Scratch games, typically 10 percent toward the wagering requirement.
  • Special Mixed wagering may apply on certain promotions and statuses, contributing 50 percent for bets on non Slots and Scratch games.
  • Crash games contribute 20 percent toward wagering requirements across applicable bonuses.

Cancellation, Expiry and Forfeiture

  • Betunlim reserves the right to cancel promotions or bonus offers at any time without prior notice. Such cancellation does not affect an award that has already been redeemed in accordance with the promotion terms.
  • If a bonus is consumed or expires before wagering requirements are fulfilled, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be removed from the account.
  • If a bonus is consumed or cancelled or if a withdrawal is made in a manner that breaches these terms, winnings may be forfeited.

Abuse and Irregular Play

  • Abusive or irregular play includes but is not limited to low margin betting, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, delaying game rounds, or switching currencies to manipulate bonuses. Betunlim may revoke the entitlement to bonuses and confiscate winnings if irregular play is detected.
  • Attempts to register multiple accounts to gain bonus money will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in suspension of accounts and removal of funds.
  • If suspected fraud or misuse is detected, Betunlim reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and terminate the affected accounts, including forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

Promotions, Changes and Disputes

Betunlim may change or terminate promotions at any time. Decisions by Betunlim regarding the bonus terms, wagering results, and disputes are final. The English version of these rules governs all interpretations in case of any discrepancy with translations.

Miscellaneous

  • All bonuses are credited in the currency of the player's Betunlim account unless stated otherwise. Promotional emails may be sent in accordance with the privacy policy; players may request removal from promotional emails by contacting Customer Support.
  • The terms of the Betunlim Bonus Policy operate in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use and govern the bonus component of all promotions unless a promotion states otherwise.
